International multimedia company looking for online editor, who is responsible for creating and managing content for digital media platforms.
The task:
- creating content in English and Polish language
- manage running Editorial related projects – Flagship show related editorial coordination
- cooperation with other departments (TV, On-air, Marketing)
- ensure to achieve department's KPIs on a CE level
- working closely with international teams (CE)
- monitoring and analysing viewership statistics in order to create and maintain traffic growth
Requirements:
- excellent problem-solving and writing skills is a must
- 4+ years of experience in online journalism/editorial
- at least 1-2 years in a senior position
- experience in entertainment/lifestyle journalism (especially online entertainment for female audience)
- performance measured by KPIs (success stories are welcomed)
- strong analytical approach and understanding of online/mobile traffic and consumption also different audiences
- understanding user behaviour
- fluency in English
- creative, positive "can do/how to solve" attitude
- willingness to learn and develop
- strong knowledge of: MS Office, Picture editing tool (PS and others), CMS, analytic tools (professional GA knowledge), Social Media Platforms
Experience in international environment is an advantage.
