SALES / MARKETING Professional [with fluent English]
ELM Entertainment & Licensing Management is a professional international media development company focused on film, digital animation and social media strategy and production for advertising, television and games. Our focus is digital animation production as well as management of our clients digital presence and online marketing strategies.
ELM Animation and Production Studios has been growing steadily since launching in 2002.
We are expanding and looking for a Production / Animation Sales Team who will have direct accountability for growing production revenue driving results for new customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase ELM’s customer base & revenue targets by acquiring and retaining customers
- Develop & strategically execute a plan, identifying target markets
- Train and implement a sales plan, pipeline development, and basic selling skills
- Represent ELM through business networking & connections with our existing customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales management experience is required, preferably in a production/animation/digital environment
-Experience managing a team of digital media professionals (sales representatives) across potentially concurrent canvasses and multiple markets
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Good organization and communication skills required (verbal and written)
- Capable of developing team members consistent with the sales training, value proposition and goals of the canvass
- Superior Internet/Digital and Print product knowledge and personal selling skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to build an effective team
- Performance oriented leader with sound ability to manage team to daily outcomes.
- Ability to achieve goals through their team
- Local market analytics and a solid set of computer skills are needed.
- Must be able to identify and diagnosis issues to ensure achievement of goals
- Develops a work environment that motivates and maintains a high level of employee performance and morale
