Position Summary:
The core responsibility for this pivotal position is to lead implementation of brand partnership execution processes and provide support to sales teams across Poland and Hungary in execution of sales strategy meaning offerings, maintaining and building the external relationship with agencies and clients. Support supervisor and internal focus.
Responsibilities:
• Create and apply understanding of strategy, brand, products and markets
• Manage team of two Brand Partnership Project Executives
• Support and be actively involved in search for new clients / revenue streams, analyze research material
• Being involved in execution of the sale (meeting with clients and media agencies, contact relevant internal departments in order to deliver deals locally / CEN / CEEMEA, being lead person during deal execution)
• Prepare non-standard offers and brand partnership presentations;
• Responsibility for project management : production and execution processes
• Be the contact person for vendors and manage the relationships with production companies
• Update of campaign results, presentations, programming, sales-possibilities to the market
• Regular update CRM system, contact & address database – media agencies and direct clients
• Participate in clients presentations & events
• Looking for new business opportunities
Requirements:
• Great communication skills with clients and internal partners
• Experienced people manager
• Effective working with supervisor, primarily in a support capacity
• Able to establish and maintain relationships, including external suppliers
• Experience in 360 degrees project management
• Independence in action
• Proved production experience
• Able to co-operate and work in a team
• Has accurate attention to detail, is precise
• Manages time effectively, planning for deadlines
• Client focused
• Passionate about TV, factual entertainment, and Discovery Channel in particular
• Languages: Fluent English
• IT competences: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in changing and challenging environment
