Accenture Operations is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment team in sourcing activities
- Proactively develop and implement new sourcing channels for multilingual positions
- Sourcing through a variety of methods including social media, and social networks.
- Regular market benchmark/insights
- Develop strong and smooth cooperation with career offices at Universities in Europe ( online/ offline)
- Prepare different reports and statistics
- Support for ongoing online and recruitment marketing activities
- Preparing extra sourcing plans for dedicated projects
- Submit new vendors/invoices to the global system
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of sourcing/ recruitment marketing experience
- Experienced in the past being in a social media-focused role is an asset
- A great communicator (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Can-do attitude and ability to work multitasking
- Very Good Excel/Power Point skills
- High interest in sourcing/ recruitment marketing trends
- Knowledge of social media advertising is a plus
- Fluency in English
