Content Management Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
• Responsibility for publishing news and updates to the online platform, publishing information on client’s strategy and performance such as quarterly financial results, strategy update, SEF;
• Preparing images and arranging translations where necessary
• Developing and testing dedicated microsites to support campaigns run by Internal Communications, also together with creative agencies
• Owning and maintaining the intranet standards site as well as improving content and usability for end users
• Implementing changes based on web performance insights
• Troubleshooting, monitoring and escalating on technical problems
• Answering staff queries on the online platform
• Interact with client and off-shore team to ensure common communication guide-lines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Working experience with content / document management on SharePoint and Content Management Systems (Joomla, TeamSite, Vignette etc.) as well as Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-activity and can do attitude are the must
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
• Experience in interacting with individuals effectively across the client and internal off-shore team
• Should have working knowledge of graphic editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks)
• HTML background (HTML 4.1, XHTML 1.0) would be an important asset as well as knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, SQL, DIV + CSS (Table less html) based liquid layout technique would be an asset
