Stanowisko: Business Development Manager for Media Localization & Digital Media Processing Company
Wymagania/ Requirements:
- experience in building relations with company clients, business development, sales process, contract negotiations,
- minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast media industry, global media clients portfolio much appreciated,
- deep knowledge of dubbing, voice-over, subtitles, closed captioning, audio description … workflows,
- familiar with technical aspects of sound recordings, file transcode, AV quality check and AV editing,
- general knowledge of average rates for localization services, also production costs e.g. rates for voice talents, dubbing directors, translators, sound engineers, technicians …,
- capable to prepare costs quotations and evaluate project budgets.
Plus:
- self-organized, independent,
- results-oriented,
- working mostly with young motivated professionals, dealing with experienced/demanding global clients,
- reedy to work in medium size organization and effectively solve potential problems using company limited resources,
- fluently speaking English,
- advanced skills in Excel, some experience with workflow management systems much appreciated,
- basics knowledge of company finances and legal aspects of rights/license transfer and rights global exploitation,
- ready to travel around the world.
Oferujemy:
- basic salary (B2B) plus success fee, plus participation in company revenues,
- operating in Warsaw, Poland.
