Senior Media Planner Central Europe
This role is responsible for overseeing communication of channels’ strategy through different media – mainly owned on air inventory and marketing mix considering markets in CE region.
Key responsibilities:
- Creates complex communication strategy for available media (primarily owned linear) –development and management of media plans, overseeing media campaigns.
- Overseeing media plans and suggests campaign models and executions. Defining objectives and KPIs.
- Working closely with Programming and Marketing/On-airteams to ensure priorities of each department are coherent and aligned on the same time-line.
- Working with Schedulers to supervise delivery of on-air campaigns and suggest adjustments when needed.
- Delivering post-campaign evaluations.
- Providing recommendations for Media Agencies to develop media strategies based on business objectives.
- Conducts deep analysis and evaluation of promotional campaigns, prepare benchmarks and recommendations for the future.
- Prepares and shares with wider stakeholders group own researches and benchmarks in order to seek efficiency and effectiveness of available promotional resources.
- Help identify additional communication opportunities and shares best practice among all CE regions and between departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in broadcast media planning
- Knowledge of TV measurement software (e.gTechedge, Arianna, K2)
- Numerical accuracy & ability to interpret complicated research data
- Thorough understandingof TV environment
- High level of diplomacy and effectiveness in working with different organizational levels
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
