Scheduler

The role is responsible for implementation of short form scheduling and break optimization strategies for channels from FNG/Disney portfolio in Poland.

Responsibilities:

-    Creation of the TV channels playlists in the IT environment provided by the employer
-    Creative support of the Programming Department in decisions concerning the construction of break structure and on air promotion
-    Cooperation with internal departments (in particular Programming and On Air Promotion Department) to develop TV channels on air promotion strategy
-    Close cooperation with indicated external companies in the field of developing and executing the commercial strategy
-    Supporting the activities of the department responsible for coordination and production of on air elements for FNG/Disney channels
-    Ensures compliance of auto promotion materials’ with the content of the channels from FNG/Disney portfolio
-    Responsibility for the implementation and compliance with local law regulating the emission of commercial materials
-    Close cooperation with local ad selling brokers in respect of relevant FNG/Disney channels
-    1st point of contact for playout centers (during office hours) for issues related to playlists


Experience for the role:

Essential
-    Good team player
-    Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
-    Enthusiasm to work
-    Ability to work effectively and under tight deadlines
-    English at the intermediate level
-    Good knowledge of operational programs and MS office
-    An advanced command of English both written and verbal

Preferred
-    1-2 years’ experience on similar position in media
-    Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
-    Knowledge of Polish tv market
-    Basic knowledge of tv research
-    TV enthusiast and TV content fan
