PROJECT MANAGER
Client Service
Key responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day communication with clients
• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects
• Managing internal and external resources (mainly eCommerce designers and frontend developers)
• Providing project reports
• Management of projects in accordance with internal processes and KPIs including: schedule, budget and quality level
• Preparation of required project documentation, including schedules and estimates
• Effective risk/change/issue/quality management
Our requirements:
• Fluency in English written and spoken (MUST HAVE)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, including ecommerce and digital projects e.g. assets production for e-shops or mobile/websites development (in interactive agency or working directly with client)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project
• Familiarity with eCommerce and digital marketing industry
• Ability to manage a project team and make independent decisions
• Ability to manage several projects at once/ multitasking
• Ability to create detailed project plans, schedules and estimates
• Ability to act in accordance with processes and standards
• Ability to work in a group as well as an individual contributor
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation to work and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Nice to have capabilities:
• Familiarity with PMBOK, Agile, Prince2
• Knowledge of ecommerce products or assets implementation on eRetailers platforms will be very much appreciated
